well that would start eliminating SOME of the stupid people at least......which DESPERATELY needs to happen if we're to survive as a race (humans).

To someone who knew nothing about gun ownership or the control laws your logic makes sense..... HOWEVER.....

Explain to me how texas' crime rate is lower than most places and their citizens are allowed to carry.....

Tell your logic to your wife when the two of you are approached in a grocery store parking lot by a man with a gun who has it illegally. Tell your wife that he would have done it regardless.... even if he thought you had a gun on you yourself.

Fact is.... crime rates are lower because every citizen has the right to carry..... people think twice about committing crimes if they think the victim can defend themself.....

Haz I agree a little bit but could texas also be lower because of how hard they are with punishment on criminals? They come down a lot harder then most states. Just curious. So would you be ok with middle easterns being on plans with guns? Not to stereo type. Does Compton crime rates go down knowing that the other person has a gun. People that are criminals are criminals they don't care. Like I say I'm not a supporter of Obama but I also don't think we are a better country letting any person carry a gun. So when that man at the grocery store pulls out a gun on you and your wife because he has the right to carry and you and your wife pull out your we have the wild wild west with gun shot being fired.
