    shrimp

    Would shrimp be a ok replacement for chicken?

    Im having a hard time choking down so much chicken and like the taste of shrimp.

    still going to eat chicken but would like to replace atleast one of the chicken meals with shrimp if its ok to do.

    i dont see why you couldnt add shrimp instead of chicken for some meals......

    Shrimp is lower in fat. I would say that it's a better than chicken.

    Any idea's for some sauce to add?

    And any idea's on sauce to add to tuna to?

    Thats some good news.

    Atleast now i can exchange one of these chicken meals for a shrimp meal. I skipped out on the chicken meal lastnight and ate a cup and half of shimp... felt guilty after thinking i should of ate the chicken.

    For tuna I use a mustard. Mustard has no fat or carbs.

    Not sure what you are shooting for diet wise but some marinara sauce on tuna tastes pretty good too.

    Gain mass and only drop a bit in BF.

    well then id say adding a bit sauce to your chicken so it dont taste like shite..wont be a problem.....i like regae regae sauce...peri peri hot sauce...sweet chilli hot sauce...BBQ sauce..

    some hot sauce on tuna always does the trick,

    Try to find some sauce that isnt loaded with sugar good luck
    but if your dirty bulk no worries

    I haven't eaten chicken in a while. You guys need to learn how to vary your protein sources. No reason to feel 'guilty' for subbing one for another. Shrimp is great.

    There are a load of other protein sources out there as well.

    Bodybuilding diets shouldn't be boring.
