Greetings from the sunny beaches of Canada

Hey guys, new member here. I've been lurking around the forums for awhile reading what's here, and decided I may as well sign up.

I've been doing martial arts for about 7 years now, and I think I've begun to reach the limits of how far my modest genes will take me. I weigh 197, at 5'11", and I'm in great shape, but I'm finding it impossible these days to add any more bulk.

I'm not looking to turn my body into the incredible hulk, but I want to get it further than it is now.

So, here I am! Glad to be aboard!

Welcome to the boards bro, I'm also new so I can't check your stats, but how old are you? I'm 22 and think I'm starting to exhaust my natural potential as well.
What kind of martial arts do you do?

I'm 27, and I practice Sun Hang Do. It's a blended combination of many different styles which incorporates their best parts together. It was developed by a master who came over from China, and fell in love with the natural beauty of British Columbia. He decided to stay and opened up a school.

I don't compete against other martial artists, rather, I practice it for soundess of mind, and strength of body. It's a hell of a lot of fun too!
