Ok think I might be getting gyno

I have nolva, how should I take this to reverse it? Right nipple has a weird pain when I push on it and nipz are looking extra puffy today.

How should I take the nolva, going to start tonight.

Sorry that's for adex. Tamox - 40mgs ED (for the first 5 days.)
From there you can drop the dose to 20mgs ED, and if symptoms subside, continue use of 10mgs throughout the remainder of your cycle and into PCT.

So even if the symptoms go away, I should still use the nolva for 9 more weeks?

I think it's just the dbol that's causing the gyno symptoms.

im using tamox now..

i had to, my lump came back (was gone, using tamox and warmachine's pct)

it's going away again, currently at 20mg/day of tamox.

ordered some arimidex..looks like i'll have to use that every cycle..seems im prone

my suggestion, tamoxifen (aka, nolvadex)

Now i'm starting to question myself, how do you REALLY know it could be gyno. Right now my right nipple is sore almost like its a sore vein or something and both seem a little bit puffy. Is this enough to assume and take action?

When is subsides you should be fine till PCT. Or you could stop the dbol soon if you think thats whats causing it.

Maybe. I got a couple buddies who think the same, but when I go to look at them, there aint nuthing there, just all in their head.

take one or 2 fingers, and push in. circle around.

feel any little hard lumps?

run it now, and continue into pct i believe (anyone can correct me if im wrong)

last time i did 40mg/day for a week, then 20mg/day for like 2 weeks. it started to subside, so i dropped it to 10mg/day

did the trick for me.

Seems like there is in both pecs, I can't tell if its a lump or just the way the pec is though.

Since I think it's the dbol causing it and not the test since it hasn't even kicked in yet could I use the tamox until I think the puffyness goes away and then stop until time for PCT? Or do I have to continue to run it even after symptoms go away?

Bodyfat is between 12 and 13%

Yeah first time with gyno, not even sure if i'm getting it. When I flex my pec and feel around under my right nipple it almost feels like a sore vein or a small bruise is there.. Nipples are a tad bit puffy.

What really is freaking me out is I ONLY have nolva because someone on this board (respected member) offered me a bottle of adex for $65 and now is all of a sudden banned and won't reply to my email so i'm assuming I was ripped off for my 65 so now only have the nolva if something happens..

Note to self, never trust anyone ever ever ever again.

I would recommend saving your nolva for PCT and running .25 L-dex thru your cycle. Letro is a lot stronger and going too low on your estro and that can give you probs too, immune system and others. I lose strength on cycle when running l=dex, but I have to on the long esters because I am gyno prone. I don't run anything on the short esters.

Your pic doesn't look bad at all, but if it is tender and puffy, it is more than likely coming in.

Hard to say bro... you are going to have to make the judgement call yourself. I would order for sure and then wait and see to an extent. YOu don't want to let it get out of control. but to tell you the truth, when I got it, there was no wondering... I knew I was getting it. You could probably ride it out a little bit longer and see how it goes. If you lie down on your stomach and feel tender, then you know it is for real. Also, I always wait till the last minute because I like the strength I get without the adex. I never had any major issues getting rid of it once I start. that's just me though. Good luck.

Raise your arms above your head and the feel. It looks like from the pics that there aint shit there so I wouldnt worry, just keep an eye on it.
