Hello everyone, I am from so cal I am about 215-220, 6'2". I plan on joining the marines but to do so I have to be a little more in shape. I never really worked out but I'm not that out of shape, I can run a mile in about 12 minutes but I am totally winded after. I'm not looking to become Arnold or anything, I just want to be cut and be able to do some pull ups without fail. Right now I can't do any pull ups (sad I know). I am just looking for something to start with maybe some instructions on use and how often and anything to go with it, like something to counter balence. Just looking for basics, I have some pictures attached to show what I look like and what my arms look like. I have bad acne on my back and as I understand it roids won't help but I can live with that. Like the title says I am just getting started and I want to be where I need to be in a few months.
