Hello Everyone....

I just finished my bulking cycle.....I now weigh 214lbs and I would like to drop down to 195-200lbs at 7-8 % BF.......I am around 12-14% bf right now......I am really confused about my diet (Continue with high protein and less carbs and fats or keep carbs high and no fats?)....I want to keep as much muscle as possible and keep my gains that have made.....I will be doing my PCT as well as dieting to bring down my BF......Can someone please provide me a diet that will not waste my muscle away and help me attain my goal? Thank you for any advice.....
