i'm on my 1st testoviron cycle.
My planned diet (don't know if its enough) so please advise me
Morning : 7 egg whites, 30 mins later half cup of oats with 1 cup of zero fat milk
(1 hour and a half later) 1 scoop of whey protien
Lunch: chicken breast with half cup of brown rice (measured not cooked)
or fish fillet (fresh not frozen) + baked potato
snack: protien bar, or 2 large spoons of natural peanut butter
Workout
2 scoops whey protien + 3 scoops aftermax (after workout)
Dinner: 2 tuna cans
before sleeping 1 scoop of casein protien
i know its not enough i need some advise please guys ( i read stickies and concluded this (my own diet) ..
