Just wondered how many people inject in the biceps and is it as painful as your quads?

Not painful at all. Just sore the next day which I enjoy. I split my dose into each arm.

Its not necessary at all. I just prefer for my arms to be equally sore. So I can still adequately work then the same.

Where is the best spot for injecting bi's? I know there are big veins in that area.

Inner or outer head. Just try to not hit the big vein that runs through the Bi and your good. Ive never hit it.

judging by your pics you shouldn't need to split up 1cc shots in your bi's unless you just want to.

i found the shoulder to be a really good spot. cant feel it at all

Make sure you have the right size pin. 25g 5/8 My first couple times I used a 23g 1in and was incredibly sore. I like to split the injection up between both bi's no matter the volume I'm shooting. I also make sure I train bi's later that day. It might sound crazy to some but I get a crazy pump and my bi's are less sore the next day.

I shared the shot between both biceps today and it just felt like Id worked them. A little sore but nothing really, if it stays like this and doesnt get worse then I think it will be better than the glutes for me. Its over a week now and my ass is still lumped up and hurting quite abit from my first shot of test.

My arms were abit weaker after the shot and when I tried to pump them it just felt like someone had punched me in the biceps, so I did a chest day instead of arms. I couldnt lift as much as Id normally do so just put a little less weight on the bar and did a higher amount of reps to still get pumped. I cant wait too see some good results from the cycle in a couple weeks

Have u tried ur triceps yet, its a good place to inject, dont hurt, goes in smooth. well it might feel sore for a day but nothing like ur bicep would feel. After ur triceps get used to u injecting there you wont feel any pain at all

Nah havent tried there yet. Im wanting to to different places just to find out which are the best places for me. I might give it ago next time.

I sit on the toilet with my arm on the sink, bent, but not flexed. This gives me a nice big target to work with. I can sink the pin into the meat of the muscle easier and pick which head I want.

At some point, EVERYWHERE I pin hurts. But usually, no, quads don't bother me anymore then any other body part.

never flex any muscle when you inject.

That's what I thought. Someone mentioned something like injecting while flexing but it didn't make sense. Sounds dangerous.

I would never inject in my quads again.... I did that on my last cycle and damn that thing hurt for days!..

I just stick to the glutes..

Im new to the whole steroid thing, i started in my quad, it hurt a little, got lumpy and sore so i did some research and tried shoulder, doesnt hurt at all and hardly any soreness. I switch side every time i inject though.
