    Saying hi from Jersey

Hi everyone, this is actually my second post on here but my first thread, just wanted to make my formal introduction. I have been working out for about 5 years now. I got into lifting my senior year of high school when I decided to lose weight, I was 18 years old 5'7" and weighed 221lbs at my heaviest. In roughly a year I managed to drop to 165lbs and was fairly happy. Within the past 2 years I have become more serious with my diet and workout, my strength and lifts have gone up and I have managed to drop a few more bf%. I have been reading and reading and researching anabolics for about a year now but I like to take in as much information and do as much research as possible before jumping into anything which is why I am here. I hope to learn as much as possible from all of you, thanks everyone.
