HI guys,
quick question i usually go to sleep at around 1-2am and wake up at 10-11am sometimes even 12 so im getting enough sleep and when i wake up i dont know what to eat for breakfast. I am about to start a cycle of TEST E , DECA, and DBOL. Whats the best breakfast to have? for 2 weeks straight all i have had for breakfast has been an Egg and Meat wrap. thats it. Please help with my breakfast
