    Exclamation Need big help

    WHAT'S UP GUYS I'M NOT NEW HERE BUT I WANT AN ADVISE OF EVERYONE. I'M AT 240LBS, 6'6 TALL BODYFAT AROUND 19%, MY DIET IS CLEAN 400GRAMS OF PROTEIN AND 200 OF CARBS I WANT TO DROP MY BODYFAT TO AROUND 10% IN THE SHORTEST TIME POSSIBLE WITH OUT LOOSING MUSCLE WHAT IS MY BEST STACK I WANT TO GO BIG?

    Doing it in the shortest time possible without losing muscle is a no no IMHO, cutting BF takes time if you want to go about it correctly. You don't need any stack to attack your bf, you need to do it by hardwork via diet and cardio and when you hit a wall consider taking some kind of stimulant to push further into fat lossm but your a way off that yet.

    I know that diet and cardio are my best friends but iwas thinking like clen,tren,test,winni,eq

    there is alot more to a diet then just protein and carbs.
    head down to the diet section, the guys there are great.
    diet and cardio is the best drug to cut bf bro...

    I wouldnt advice those at your bf, I would attack it naturally, to many people use compounds to early when they can shift the bf with hardwork and dedication, I would look into clen,eca,t3/4 when you hit a wall which is going to be a bit off to be truthful,

    Why ask for opinions if you going to do it anyway, not one person as told you thats its a good idea, honestly dont use anything except hardwork and diet to shift the bulk of the bf, consider taking something when you have reached a sticking point and you need to push into further fat loss.

    Since you are dead set on running a stack I think test/tren/clen is good. No need in drying out your joints with winnie unless you are getting ready for a show. EQ could thicken your blood too much when running clen so avoid it as well.

    In how long do you guys think I can get my bf from 19% to 10% having a super clean diet and 1hr of cardio a day I'm going to use 120mcg clen, 750mg test, 300mg eq, 300mg tren
