Whats up guys signed up a whille ago but have just started to actually get into the site because i just got out the marines. been reading through the threads and its got great info! the hardest thing for me right now seems to be the diet, its easy to stay consistent with the gym but eating non stop is hard and expensive looking forward to get passed that and reaching my goal of 200 pounds.
