    This is a bulking diet.

    23 years old
    85kg, 183cm
    tdee 3000ccal

    Meal 1
    Whalnuts - 15g
    Oatmeal - 80g
    Cottage cheese - 100g
    Omeg.a 3-6-9 oil - 15ml
    Pro/carb/fat - 26g / 50g / 24 - 516cal

    Meal 2
    Skyr - 200g
    Shake
    Pro/carb/fat - 52g / 23g / 3.3g - 327cal

    Meal 3
    Chicken/rice meal
    Pro/carb/fat - 49g / 63g / 10.5g

    Meal 4
    1 banana
    1 can tuna in water (140g)
    30g peanut butter
    Pro/carb/fat - 41g / 27g / 17g

    Meal 5 (POW)
    Cell tech
    Shake
    Pro/carb/fat - 47g / 78g / 9g

    Meal 6
    Chicken/Rice meal
    Pro/carb/fat - 49g / 63g / 10g

    Meal 7
    Cottage cheese (100g)
    Omeg.a 3-6-9 oil (30ml)
    Whalnuts (15g)

    This should give me around 500cal above tdee

    Starting cycle now
    week 1-10 - 250mg sustanon 250 shot every 3.5 days
    week 1-4 - 40mg dbol ed

    Bodyfat is 12% and doing 4 lyfting and 3 cardio / week

    Thanks for your response konateh.

    Good pointers on the cottage cheese and whalnuts, my thought was it was good to have something tasty after the oatmeal instead of the shake, might give my stomage a little break haha
    I think Skyr is only available in Iceland, its a dairy product. 100g of skyr has 13.3g Protain, 3.3g Carbs and 0.5g Fat, this is the unsweetened version, almost nobody eats it without adding sugar, its sour as hell

    I am looking for a little more sust to go for 2 extra weeks, at the moment its kind of hard to find here, but im confident I will find it before i need it

    Protain shake 2 scoops 48g Pro / 6g carbs / 2g Fat

    (Found out that I had wrong values in my xml for the shake before bed, so values are Pro/carb/fat - 64g / 11g / 24g instead of Pro/carb/fat - 64g / 23g / 24g )

    try a lean beef instead of the shake.. the protein in ur shake take about 2 hrs to digest. the beef will take 16-18 hrs.. then ur body wont starv at night.. other than that it looks pretty good
