cheque drops..if i dont have those then lots of aminos eggs protein shake lots of water and some ezekial bread with a little honey...i stay hydrated and fed throughout the day..aminos are important

chicken breast and sweet potates 1 hour before wokout then 30 grams protien shake and oats 20 mins before workout
breakfast which consists of 310grams carbs, 60 grams protein and 10 grams fat, 1 hour before my workout
then before i train 2 scoops of no xplode
then i go maul the weights
