From what I understand, carbs later in the day (after 3pm) are not good to consume. But what if your bulking?
Im trying to figure this one out...do they just get stored as fat because less activity and sleep at night?

another myth. You will not store body fat as long as your total daily kcal does not exceed your total daily kcal expenditure

I was just worrying about that, but thought If I wanna put on size, I can't stop taking in carbs that early
