Im 45 6'0" 200lbs. have been working out on and off since high school. In 2001 I dropped from 205lbs to 170lbs and doubled strenght doing an intense diet/workout plan in 60 days. In 2002 I broke my back and went back to 200lbs. Got the ok from doctor to go back to gym in 2006 with only 1 limitation ( no squats with bar on shoulders) It took awhile to get back to gym, but have been a regular at my gym for over a year now (5 Days a week) I know with diet what i can do but would like to put on some muscle size first. Now that im 45 its been alot harder to gain muscle so decided to do a cycle. So my question is what do you all recommend as a first cycle?
