    Busy guy with Question(sorry)

    hey guys im no im gonna get some shit for doing this but i have to. i have questions but i am unable to spend hours that i would like to on this site searching for hours due to practice and class. first i will give you my stats and then questions i really appricaite the answers i will get if some1 is nice enough to answer them and i would like professional answers and not some1 to act like they know what there talking about. again thank you and i appreciate the help.

    Stats

    Age: 22
    Weight: 195
    height: "5-10 1/2
    BF: est. 15%
    workout exp: 8 years consistently
    sports: football(hs & college) wrestling(hs)
    build: athletic build with some mass
    never to roids before.
    i workout no less then 5 days a week.
    i dont know if this matters but after games i drink alot lol cut beer out about 2 months ago only liquor i drink. once or twice a week.

    Goals


    my goals are to be stronger quicker faster for football and look wise i would like to be ripped with mass.

    questions
    1. what should i take for my goals(looking into winnie)?
    2.how much should i take and for how long?
    3. should i take more then one kind of steroids?
    4. i just basically want a step by step instuctions on what i should do and what i should take and when(week wise day wise ect.)
    5. mabey a cycle of winnie followed up by some kind of mass steroid to get muscle idk professional input preferred.

    Get a diet. Get a training routine....you sayin you ''workout no less than 5 days a week'' tells me you dont have a proper layed out routine

    All of your questions get the same answer:
    You are too young to consider the use of AAS.
    Do not rush and try to accomplish what you want with a proper diet and work-outs.
    In this forum there are educational threads for that. Have a look.

    i have a great diet and great workouts i have a trainer and i worked at bally total fitness for 2 years as a trainer. also i am ace certified. i am a big guy but i want to take football seriously and as a linebacker i need to be bigger.

    well ultimately the choice is yours to make,, i personally dont care if someone cycles at 22 yrs old or not,, im no ones mother.
    if your serious about cycle start reading on here and you will quickly learn what to do

    no there are alot of people on this board cycling at 22yrs,, its just not suggested since your still maturing and you risk causing harm to yoru hormonal system down the road.

    yesterday i was reading alot after practice and i found that alot of people argue on here and alot of people have opinions in stead of acual facts. well i have to go to practice know but is some1 can simply line up what i should take and when ect ect. and if i decide to take them i know what to take, how much and when to take. thank you tty guys later. i am sorry again i must be annoying..

    ur 22, 195lbs and play college linebacker..
    at that age i assume this is ur senior season, and at that weight i guarantee that u do not have a shot at the NFL.
    why get serious now during season, seems ur timing is way off here.
    and being a trainer at ballys does not mean shit.

    Is there a chance something is wrong with the diet?
    Or too much training ?
    Maybe u can post the diet and the workout regimen?

    tell you what,, read up for a few days on here,, learn what your taking and how if affects your body,, then you can post what you thnk would be a good cycle and pct and we can tell you what we think.. If it were me id like to learn what im putting in my body then to just have someone tell me what to take. good luck

    whole grain toast/ cup of oats
    orange juice

    snack
    yougart/ some kind of vegetable weather its carrots or celery

    lunch:

    saled with grilled chicken breast lil or no dressing

    snack:

    some sort of protein/an once of almonds

    dinner

    fish with vegetables mostly spinach and i will throw in rice once in a wile. either that or i will have steak or grilled chicken again.


    post workout i will usually drink grape fruit juice and have some grilled chicken breast

    kinda brief but you get the idea thanks be back in couple of hours ttyl...thank you for your help anything else you can tell me i great appreciate it i need all the input i can get.

    well i have 2 years left acually i have red shirted one year and took an injury year. but i am not going to the nfl at all and i no being a trainer at ballys doesnt mean shit there a joke thats y i dont work there anymore. haha but i get what your saying

    that is very slow..i mean real slow bro.
    if u put more weight on u will slow down, and if u go any slower they will stick u on o-line.
    u need to work on speed, strength. sounds like u are at a lower level school so at ur size u could be a productive weakside backer, but u have to get alot faster.
    remember, speed kills, a linebackker has to run sideline to sideline.
    gain natural, train hard..

    i mean i am probably faster then that i took that time after 2 a days when i came into camp at 210 and i am alot faster now im guessing i am around 4.5-4.6 now. but i am a middle line backer and a good lb just what helps me beat speed and strength is my technique and skill and knowledge. and i train hard and im not at a lower end college lol alot of my speed comes from my legs i have very muscular legs.

    that is a lifetime.

    there is no substitue for speed, NONE.

    im not trying to be a dck, but cmon man, this does not add up.

    im guessing i really dont know to be honest but i am alot faster now and yes i am starting lb and captain of defense at a good college i am leading the team in tackles this year. i gotta be around that speed because i am the 2nd fastest lb on the team now and the fastest runs a 4.5 and im right behind him. but honestly i do not want to get into what kind of a football player i am haha i will do some research when i get home for practice and i will hit you up seems like u no alot. thanks man

    well since you seem to have the most willingness to help what do you suggest to take if i were to take something.

    i thinking about 2 cycles of deca followed by a cycle of winstrol should be the end of the season by then. what you think? but i have some time know before i go to bed im gonna do some research but your input is appreciated and any1s at that matter.

    You need to start spending more time in THIS classroom if you're thinking of doing 2 deca cycles. By that i mean doing some research by reading the stickies and using the search function. Hells bells, 99.9% of us are here to help but occasionally they'll be some knucklehead come aboard and he might actually tell you that doing not only 1, but 2 deca only cycles are good. Completely false. Educate before you medicate(to take a saying from an old friend) is the best way.
    Everyone's going to advise not to cycle, and i'm with them, but if you must you need to help yourself as well.

    There is no AAS thats gonna make you taller or faster.

    A starting NFL linebacker is roughly 6'-6'4 230-260lbs.

    Also 4.9 speed?

    No way you start at ILB at a Division 1-A school. And if you do, its Duke or something... No offense, but like Moose said, it just doesnt add up.

    you get drug tested all the time. you will have to be very careful on what you take. when i played varsity sports, i had to watch what antihistamines i was taking for a common cold. and you want to juice? geez. you better save that for the off season and make sure it is something out of your system by the start time of the season.

    you're a little young, but you're seriously under your natural body weight. you're not eating enough. you need another two meals in there of protein. you need to sit down and break your meals up by calories, pro, carb, fat and figure out how many calories you need to take in a day to gain a lb or whatever in a week. then EAT.

    u need to prepare better. how much film study do u do before a game? well think about this like that, u have to attack growing with the same energy and prep work..
    a real school will have u on a great meal plan, esp. during season bro..

    get up to 25 posts, go whore in the lounge (section), then PM me.

    go to the section that says problems with board, make a thread and find out why.
