Hey guys, new to the forum, looking forward to learning lots and seeing my body transform!
I’m 25 years old, 6’2, 198lbs and I would guess approximately 15% bf, most of which is around my waist. (grrr)
I’ve played serious sports all my life, hockey and water polo, weight is around my waist and am looking to get rid of it. I’ve lifted weights for about 6 years now on a 3x a week kind of regime.
I tried a six month cycle of HGH 1.5 years ago and gained about 12 lbs in lean muscle mass from it and lost fat weight I had gained from a desk job. It was great. So expensive tho. A friend had it available and I was his gym partner, but he’s moved now, so I couldn't get it if i wanted.
Anyway, I’ve been hard at the gym last 5 months and wanted to start a cycle of Clen to slim down my bf.
I’m happy with my muscle mass at this point, maybe I will bulk up after I slim down, but abbs are on my mind here.
Wondering if on Clen it’s better to be doing morning or afternoon cardio?
I am trying to do morning cardio (easier with my schedule) but what about its catabolic effects?
Should I be concerned?
I've read a LOT about this, I understand the dosages. I'm not going to do ECA stack, i'll do 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Maybe 3weeks on if i can withstand the extra week for the second cycle. Depends on my reaction to it. Perhaps I'll go for a third cycle if that's not dangerous and I haven't achieved my results.
What should my diet should look like?
Currently hit carbs in the morning (oats) a can of tuna around 10am, salad/protein at lunch and try to keep carbs light for dinner and have 30g protein shake after the gym obviously.
Any tweaks for Clen?
Anyone have a guess at what sort of weight loss should I expect with my stats?
Also, what are the best places in this forum to get this information?
