    need help with AI in my cycle

    hi guys, im currently in my second week of my first cycle.
    heres what the cycle looks like:

    wk 1-12: 500 mg of Test E weekly
    wk 1-12: 125 IU HCG 3 times a week
    week 14-18: 25 clomid daily
    week 14-18: 20 nolva daily

    I'm getting some Aromasin and I want to run it during my cycle. what is the proper dosage/interval?

    since it's your first cycle, you probably don't know if you're gyno prone, right?

    I wouldn't run the AI unless you need to.

    From what I've been reading, if I run AI during a cycle -it makes for easier and faster recovery during PCT with less muscle loss.

    Running an ai on cycle will not aid in recovery. Youa re running 125iu of what each week?
