    Question last meal of the day

    I'm in the middle of a bulking cycle and read somewhere that for the last meal of the day its best to have a protein/fat meal so basically just leave the carbs out.......Is there any truth in this or should I just keep a normal carbs/protein/fats meal???

    it depends on the ppl. sum ppl have just fat and protein. sum ppl lower fat and just have veggies(carbs) with protein..

    u gotta really try both and see wat wrks for you

    I know people who have had success taking 600 calorie weight gainer shakes before bed.

    If I did that, I'd be 500 lbs. It just "depends on the ppl", like Diamond said.

    My recommendation would be protein + fat. You'll just have to feel it out.

    I think I would be the same mate if I consumed that much calories before bed.
