    Breakfast help

    im 5'9 23 yrs 165lbs 8%BF

    Im my opinion i am doing good with my diet but my biggest problem everyday is my breakfast.


    What do you guys recommend for a breakfast

    i will be starting my 2nd course next monday which will be TEST E for 12 weeks, Dbol 5 weeks, and deca for the 12 weeks.

    please help with breakfast

    I have 6 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1.25 cups of oats and a banana.

    the ideal breakfazt would be pro/carb so almost everybody here eat eggs and oats..

    x2 egg whites and oats is ideal.

    At 8%bf we can assume that your bulking.

    high lean pro, starchy carb....lately I save my egg and oats meal for later in the day, and I've been having chicken breast with brown rice or a sweet potato for breakfast

    I have been eating 5 slices of londan broil 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs and 2 slices of whole wheat toast. how is that. im 5"11 165 42 bf 12-15

    I eat 8 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2/3 of a cup of oats and a green tea every morning.

    breakfast is the easiest and best meal of the day, my favorite!

    I have 2cups of eggwhites and 3 packs of grits.
    That comes to about 50g protein and 60g carbs
