im on a big cylce right now and one of the things i am taking is halo.
now how are you supose to take it i herd take it some of it 45 min before working out. each pill is 10 and im taking 4 a day i been taking one when i wake up with food then 2 about an hour before the gym with my protien drink then the last one with my meal after the gym. taking it with food is ok? does it not really matter? if anyone got info on it let me no thanks
