dextrose/maltodextrin

ok so where can i order dextorse and maltodextrin, i cant find it sold on its own at the store and the premixed drinks are damn expensive and hardly have anything in them. if someone could throw me a website to order it from that would be great.

for post work out, i dont know ive just seen it recomended in every single diet regime ive looked at for post workout and i heard it was actually quite cheap

what would u recommend for sugar replenishment within 15 mins after workout?

I have maltodextrin or 2 bananas right after training and a protein shake 20 min later,one hour later I eat dinner. I have also seen oats being used pwo with some whey or egg whites. If you are bulking I would go for something that raises bloodsugar pwo. Just my 2 cents there.
