    There is a rule for that for a reason. The cop just felt he was in danger of the kid carrying some weapon.

    Still, yell at him, intimidate him, but that is a little too excessive.

    The cop was WAY out of line but I bet they do have a rule for tucking in your shirt so you cant hide guns/weapons so easily.

    It's not a school for mentaly challenged kids but for special needs, in other words kids who are not making it in normal school, mostly troubled kids and such. Little gangsters.

    No the cop should not have tackled him but the kid should have tucked in his shirt also.
