I would like to know what supplements I could benifit from while on this gear?
I would also like to gain as much lbm while dropping some pounds and if possible carb load? how does that work? could certain muscle groups benifit more than others due to timing of the carb loading.
For an early morning run, (on empty stomach) would it be even worth while taking in any amino acids before the run to maintain muscle? or will my body just use it as fuel?
Also, I know that many will say that I'm too fat to do a cycle. but i know that theres people out ther thta have done a cycle and dropped tones of bf. If you read this , please i would like to know more?
