    need help with diet and supplements while on cycle

    I'm 34 years old.
    265 lbs , 20% bf
    900 mg test/ week
    450 tren E

    I would like to know what supplements I could benifit from while on this gear?

    I would also like to gain as much lbm while dropping some pounds and if possible carb load? how does that work? could certain muscle groups benifit more than others due to timing of the carb loading.

    For an early morning run, (on empty stomach) would it be even worth while taking in any amino acids before the run to maintain muscle? or will my body just use it as fuel?

    Also, I know that many will say that I'm too fat to do a cycle. but i know that theres people out ther thta have done a cycle and dropped tones of bf. If you read this , please i would like to know more?

    I suggest you coming around 12% before starting a cycle, unless you want some titts.

    had no prob with gyno before. at a heavier weight. thanks for your input .

    If you do morning cardio glutammine or bcaa may be useful before.
    As for the diet you should post what you're eating.

    i dont know what specific supps you on about...i would invest in a muli-vit...vit c and vit e......also EFAs.......maybe some BCAAs and of course your protein powder....whey after training and Caesin if you want before bed....

    you could look into L-Glutamine......if i had the money id take L-glutamine and BCAAs before cardio..

    wasnt being an ass hole. just tired of so many people not even paying attention to the questions that are asked. I had said from the start that i figured people would say my bf is to high. i know that there are risks. ive assesed them im not at all prone to gyno.

    people come on here and cut you down all the time hopping to get props from others. I have questions about diet. and i wanted some answers infact i have specific questions. he didnt answer them he warned me of getting, "tits" . If this is not a place where i have the freedom to ask questions and hope to get a response than whats the point?

    everyone does steroids for their own reasons. Most anyone here would be advised not to do them if they asked a doctor yet they still do them. Im doing them i could use some help so i asked for it.

    it is not my intentions to be an ass hole. just tired of my ****ing questions not being answered. lol

    You are going to gain a lot of weight, both fat and muscle. At those doses the most people would be eating like a horse- literally
    If you diet and stick to it 100% you could drop some fat, make one and post it here!!
