I am wondering about consuming carbs, starchy like a red potato, or yam PPWO
I havent started cutting yet, but want too get this figured out ahead of time.
I know lean protein/green veggie/starch carb for meal #1(break-fast), and with PWO, a shake, whey isolate,and simple carbs,(Vitargo)
but what about PPWO, 1 hour after PWO meal? I was thinking fish,and green veggies only,but not sure?
