    PPWO carb intake?

    I am wondering about consuming carbs, starchy like a red potato, or yam PPWO
    I havent started cutting yet, but want too get this figured out ahead of time.
    I know lean protein/green veggie/starch carb for meal #1(break-fast), and with PWO, a shake, whey isolate,and simple carbs,(Vitargo)
    but what about PPWO, 1 hour after PWO meal? I was thinking fish,and green veggies only,but not sure?

    There is no one best answer for your question, it just depends on your diet plan and when you train (among other things).

    If you train first thing in the morning, for instance, you could probably stand some complex carbs in there to help meet your energy needs for the rest of the day. If you train in the afternoon or at night, just stick with the veggies.

    my next meal after pwo shake is usually dinner. Either chicken, fish, lean steak or turkey burgers with a med sweet potato. I might have some veggies twice a week to mix it up a bit.............
