I am still in the research/planning phase before my 1st AAS cycle, so i would like if a workout like the below will work or not to get the benefits from the 1st AAS cycle?

I will workout using the following reps/sets ranges:

Day 1: 12 reps x 1 set (maximum possible weight)
Day 3: 8 reps x 2 sets (maximum possible weight)
Day 5: 4 reps x 3 sets (maximum possible weight)

Notes:

- Days 2,4,6,7 are resting days, might do 45 minutes Cardio 2 days of the rest days.
- I will spend good time warming-up before sets.
- Resting well between sets to not over-train and to not stress the Central Nervous System.

Workout days:
Full body workout, performed like this; 1 day training followed by one day resting , Max 3 Workouts per week.

Number of Exercises:
I guess i have a fast recovery so i will be doing 11 exercises and see how things will go.

Selected Exercises for this HST cycle:

Quads
1- Squat

Hamstrings
1- Stiff Legged Deadlift

Chest
1- Incline Bench Press
2- Dips

Shoulders
1- Military Press
2- Lateral Raises

Lats
1- Bent Rows
2- Pulldowns

Arms
1- Preacher Curls
2- Tricep Extensions (ONE HAND)

Calves
1- Calf Press

Exercises can be changed, but i will keep the above exercises the same at least for the 1st 4 Weeks.

If you see that i am doing it wrong especially when i will be doing my 1st AAS cycle, please share your comments here.

Thanks
