I guess I need some kind of motivation here. When I got in knee deep shit a couple years ago with everything, I put everything on hold in bodybuilding. First I stopped gear immediately, so I've been off awhile....Then when this warrant was issued and I was arrested, I've let everything else go too. Before this happened I was a 235 lb monster at 5'9, about 13-14% bodyfat....now I'm sitting right at 200 lbs with 20%. I know, that's awful....But is there anything that motivates you guys after a big burn out? I've already got my diet back on track and I start training next week. Should I cycle? Or just wait to peak out around 225 again?
Sorry it just sucks going from one extreme to the other. I've been training a long time and never had this happen to me.
