    How to take aminos? With protein Shake?

    Hi,

    Just wondering, is there any disadvantage in taking amino tabs with your protein shake?

    Ive read that there maybe a "fight" for different nutrient absorbtion?

    If you take extra amminos with a complete pro source you may change the quality of the pro.

    so my pwo shake with a scoop of O.N. bcaa's is a no no??? Ya sure??

    ALWAYS separate free form amino's from protein ALWAYS!

    Utterly useless to combine them unless you want to increase the nitrogen score of the protein...

    If you want the amino's to do what they are supposed to and not just be absorbed with the other amino's in the protein do them empty stomach.

    Not sure how that could be confused for you to think you should combine them

    Exactly...so take your BCAA's directly after workout. Wait 30min then have protein.

    If you are talking Bcaa, go for powered over tabs.

    Dats why i take my BCAA'S while im working out! I sip on them the whole time.

    I also do this first thing upon waking!
