    diet while on clen trying to cut

    critique my diet im trying to cut on clen gaining lean muscle while loosing as much fat as possible....

    6'1 200 lbs
    bf 18%
    5 years lifting

    1130: 6 EGGS (3whole) 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    2:00: 2 chicken thighs and a big sweet potato with whole wheat bread

    4:00 pre workout an apple and no explode

    500-630 workout

    pwo 645- 2 scoops whey isolate and 1/2 cup oats

    830- 2 chicken breasts with 1 cups brown rice

    1030: 5 eggs (3 whole) and 1 chicken thigh

    1230: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cups fat free yogurt and a banana




    help give me pointers and feel free to correct anything to help me loose the fat and gain muscle

    11:30: Lose the bread, have 8 eggs (1 or 2 whole), increase oats if you feel like you need more carbs.

    2:00: Try to eat breast meat and, again, lose the bread. Sweet potato is good.

    4:00: Have protein here. The apple is probably ok but I'd go with complex carbs.

    PWO is fine.

    8:30: Have veggies instead of rice.

    10:30: Try to have some beef + veggies. Fat would be ok here.

    12:30: Increase CC and lose the fruit and yogurt (LOTS of sugar there). Some fat is fine here.

    That should get you started. You'll have to make the macros fit for yourself.

    The idea is to limit your carbs at night, if you didn't notice.

    good advice there... waaY too much bread ... especially if cutting.. eat only breast and ultra lean beef/turkey/ other lean cuts 93%... and yeah i dont c macro work?

    Help me better understand your times?? Do you work graveyard? do you wake up at 11am? WTF?
