Hello fellas, being a college student i have cheap access to the use of this stimulent. i recently starting a Carb cycling diet. (monday-friday low carb carb load weekends)
for those who dont know about adderall it is a perscription stimulent used for treating ADHD. (which somedays i feel like i have haha)
i took 40mg yesterday because of a long very boring paper i had to write, along with getting the paper done with great results, cleaning the house like a psychoactive fiend for 4 hours, i had a great workout not getting worn down like i normally do on a low carb diet.
aside from the great workout and cardio like house cleaning i was able to eat my bland boring meals without any cravings and at the end of the day i was spot on with my macros.
my question is this, other than the addictive qualities and the obvious nerves and anxiety problems (which both of i can handle) are there any reasons such as catabolicism or anything why i should not use Adderall as a supplement on my keto diet?
like i said earlier im not going to become a upper addict and start smoking meth out of a light bulb, i have more morals and self control than that. eating just becomes a problem sometimes being in college and all.
