Not sure about my B/F? My diet is okay needs some tweaks and been reading the diet forums. So a few of my friends are doing what they do, and suggested that i use Deca with test. So thats what i got.
I want to know what your suggestions on how much per week should be done? and what about a pct? They are on it all the time and im not goin on this for the long haul. just a boost cuz ive seen no more gains in the last coupple of months. even changed my routines and still nothing.
