    wanna juice

    hey guyz...after reading for months I finally joined da forum...looking forward to meet new ppl , make frends , and help others.

    My profile :

    Age : 26
    Bodybuilding : 2.5 years (on and off)
    Goal : Not to be too huge...just the slim male fitness modellook

    Want to try my first cycle...but confused how to do it ryt....

    Guys have a look at my body...my coach tells me I can do a cycle of Sustanon + deca + d-bol for 12 weeks....does dat sound ryt? wot should I take for PCT?

    you are no where near ready physically to cycle. Go to the diet section and work on that first. By the way your coach is an idiot and thats a terrible first cycle

    d-bol for 12 weeks??? unless you wanna die, not a very good idea. i hope you typed that in wrong...
    You've got a long ways to go before beginning a cycle. There's much more natural muscle you can build just by improving your diet and being more consistent with your workouts. Good luck finding what you need, it's all here.

    Man try gaining as much as you can by doing what's necessary to be as big as you can. That is eating training sleeping...get urself to the diet section and have ur diet made over there and then start urself a ligand see for urself the changes for no less than 3 month what do u train ...and whAt kinda coach Is that?

    OK this will be your goal. GO HIT GYM MORE. looks like you havent paltued yet. Educate your self first. Tell your coach to join here, he has more to learn as well.

    like the other guys said, focus on your diet/training, and build a solid base before you hit the gear.

    you need a better base or foundation to build on. from your pics you seem a little small. you should try to build up more size and thickness first.

    Welcome, i agree with the guys above. your just wasting money putting muscle on with juice that you could put on yourself with a little blood sweat and tears. go at it hard and when you cant go any further look to the cycle

    Listen to what these guys are saying. Your stats are far under par get them up then maybe think about cycling.
