Ive been doing some reading on the way arnold used to lift. Everyone is always saying its bad to lift a muscle many times a week, but in arnolds workouts, mon, wed, and friday was chest arms and shoulders, and tues,thursday and sat were legs and back. So my question is, if working out a particular muscle many times a week isnt good, how did he get so damn big? Sorry if im asking a stupid question, but if this routine is good, i wana start doing it if i'll get more gains. If anyone uses this workout please Pm me about it, thanx![]()
