Whats up guys. im 5'8 255. Im pretty sure im in the low 20's for bodyfat. I dont look as big as 255, but i hold almost all my fat in my belly.
Basically just need help with a diet. Any tips would be much appreciated.
I also work 2nd shift (230pm to 11pm)
Meal 1: 2:00pm --- 1 cup of oatmeal and muscle milk
Meal 2: 4:30pm------ Chicken Breast(not sure how much) and a potato
Apple or banana in between next meal
Meal 3: 7:00pm------Chicken breast and potato
Meal 4: 10:00--------Chicken Breast and potatos or oatmeal
Workout at 12am
Post work out is usually like turkey meat or chicken
Bout every 3rd day i throw a steak into one meal
Bed around 6:00am
Obviously trying to loose a little weight. Just not sure how late i should eat up to, as my schedule is different than most people.
