    Late night meal/snack

What's a good late night supplement (shake) or meal that i could eat before i go to sleep at night? Since i'm sleeping for 7 - 8 hours my body is fasting.. and I wake up early AM to do my morning workout.. which is moderate intensity cardio.. i use the weights at night.

    any suggestions?

    thanks

I put 2 scoops of this with water in the fridge at night for about 10 min and it is like ice cream! It makes contest prep a breeze!
