grilled chicken caesar salad with no croutons. And for dressing, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. mmmmm

Low FAT dressing? Dressings ARE fat...
You want to avoid dresings and just use oils. Add walnut, macadmia nut, olive, pistachio or almond oil to your salads after the are prepared to get a better fat source.
Avoid vinagrettes and like stated above use lemon juice if you want extra bite.
Alright. Im going to go with the EVOO & lemon juice mixture to put on my salad. What would suggest I throw in the salad? Cucumbers, olives, etc? As for dinner, Im most likely having steak or grilled chicken, a salad, and I dont know what else I should have along with it.. any suggestions?
I like 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar mixed with 1/3 c. of splenda... Bring it to a boil and it's good to go! Calorie free dressing, not to mention,vinegar is a natural fat burner
how about the wendy's side salad with no fat Italian ? think its also artificially flavored
