hey guys i think my intake for carbs is too low not sure... i been on clen for 5days i have droped 2kg but that was just water i think ... its weird my body looks like it has greatly reduced in fat and a bit of muscle loss.. but yet my weight hasnt realy been a significant loss maybe its still early... any explanations??
im about 180 pounds with a little bulk physique have some weight on my arse and thighs and some on my gut but its starting to get level id say i have maybe around 18%bodyfat... dont look fat have decent amount of muscles....
ok so my diet goes a little like this ill try get a more acurate post later on but here...
somewhere in the morn ill pop 3 hydroxycut tablets 30min b4 a meal
morning consist of
(7am)bowl of nuetrigrain and milk 2 pieces of toast(pumkin seed wholemeal brown 20carbs) with vegimite
(9-930) whey protein shake(50g protien)
(11:30-12) 4 pieces of wholemeal bread(40 carbs) then chicken breast not sure how mutch but enough to pack 2 sandwhiches..
2pm: tuna can 20g protein
4pm-430 myt have a protein shake(50g) and pop 3 hyrdroxy tablets
5-530 - 7-30 gymm 40 min cardio and im going to start weights soon...
imidiatly afta workout of 15-20min after ill have whey protien 50gprotein.
then around 9 im a little broke so i just load up on tuna and water but gona start eatin chiken breast for dinner...
ill have couple bannannas i know i have to put salads and fruits into it just broke this week....
u guys think i should load up more carbs because i basicaly run 6.5kms with 630calories burnt during my interval running for 40 mins .... im not sure about how mutch the body needs if im pushin my self and not sure if im eatin muscle thx guyss really appreciate it if u could critisize ...
