i have used ephedrine, lost around 24kg in 6 weeks muscles mass and fat, taking 50 mg + a small cup of coffee and 1 aspirine pill 30 mins before working out.. but it accelerates the heart beats and taking an over dose might stop your heart.. if u didn't work out as it should u will start shivering, u cant do jogging on run on treadmill while on ephedrine because ur heart beats will accelerate and ephedrine also accelerates it...

I have used T5 a number of times you need to watch out because a lot of sites that sell it claim the T5 formula but it is not. I found it worked better a month on a month off. With a diet of High protein/fats low carbs.
I cut out:
Bread
Milk (You would not believe just how bad milk is for you)
Potato
Rice
My life was Chicken, Tuna and protein shakes. But at the weekends I still had Curry.
Over the time I was on T5 I lost a total of around 40 pounds and went from 38 inch waste to 32 inch.
It is a very good product but if you have any health condition you don't take it.

I have found the gold rule is never take it after about 4pm and you should be fine. Becase I train early (4.30pm) it was never a problem for me. it is best to take about half hour before training.
For training I did a four day split, resting 1 min between sets and after I did 20 min cardio cross trainer or run.
I hope this works a before and after shot.
