Is gyno possible on low doses of test?

I've been cruising on test for about a year since i was diagnosed with low test levels 3 years after stopping gear. On the average i use only 100-125mg a week. The most i ever use now days is 125mg test/ 125 mg deca a week. I add the deca from time to time to help my joints. I recently had my bloodwork done and my test levels came back right around 900. I am wondering if gyno is possible at this dose, i think i have a small lump under one nipple about the size of a small grape. I'm wondering if this is gyno, or its because my wife gets a little aggressive with me in bed. Or hell could this be all in my head because i'm such a worry wort.

Some poeple can get gyno on HRT, some dont. If you have a hard lump it does sound like you have, is it tender to touch? only you know if it was done in the bedroom or its gyno.

Its tender if i rub deep on it, but just to the touch....not really. There definitely seems to be something there thats not in the other nipple.

If its gone hard only surgery will get rid of it, letro may reduce the complaint.

Any idea how long it takes for gyno lumps to go hard? I first noticed this about a month ago, and I have read that it takes year or two for gyno lumps to fully harden
