hey guys ive been on clen for 6 days now going hardout on cardio 40 mins geting about 6.5kms for duration and burn bout 600 calories.... i drink plenty water my diet is 6 meals not big ones ... mainly tuna protein shakes and chiken and just bread in morn and cereal...
i weight in at 91.8kg ... my mate who was 120kg droped 10kg in 2 weeks... i havent seen no bodymass drop ... also he was doing weights i wasnt i just started maybe that contributes big time????
ok the thing is my stomach has gone pretty slimmer and my chest.. and i saw my veins for the first time which was niceeei know people tell me dont look at scales but if i do end up getin lean but stayin at 90kg wodnt be good for me ... because i would look like a 80kg person with the same weight and i am going to hit boxing harddd after this and when u weight more u fight harder ppl
any explanation's would help thanku...
