Thanks, but the expert at gym says deca is mandatory for first cycle and 100mg/week will play its role in this cycle. The maximum arms muscle size in natural days I could get was 13-14 inch. I wonder how much bigg it will get with help of just a test 500mg/week and how much boost strength wise I will be able to achieve. Currently I lift 40KG on bench press.
My diet is basically gluten free..
ON whey post workout and then after 50 minutes, banana + 1 glass milk + ON casein shake before bed. During the day i eat 1 cup yogurt, 4 egg whites, 300grams fish or 500grams chicken breast, 5-6 bananas, an applie, a glass of orange juice 2 baked potatoes, big bowl of rice with salad. about 30 almonds.. all that with intervals of 5 small meals.
