    Hi all....
    hope I get this right.....
    I m from the rgv in texas.....40 yr old male....
    my plans are to learn more and maybe help others if I can....
    the science behind bodybuilding is sooooo awesome.....
    you guys are the best....very frank.....but you need to be like that.....
    soooo bear with us new ones....

    My stats are not to good right now.....good shaped 185 at 8%....till I turned 26 ...
    Got real heavy 385 60% b/f.....at 30 turned life around droped to190 in11 months...
    No lose skin good shape ...(post pixs later)....got on a few cycles...kept it at 190 -200
    For a few yrs....kept lean and hard.....
    did the diet / comp training but no stage exerience...did that till 35 ish...fell off wagon
    Now back at 255 30% and dropping everyday....my plans are to finally get on stage
    and put all this knowledge to use for myself this time.....putting my plan in motion....
