    Gaining Weight

    I am doing PCT right now with Nolva and Clomid......I am using Clen to help me with getting rid of some excess fat....I am eating really clean.....I eat 6-7 meals a day with my protein coming from Chicken, Beef, Shrimp....I am watching my carbs and I am not eating more than 150grams a day.....The problem I am having is that I'm gaining weight!!!!!!!! My start weight was 214 and I dieted down to 197....This morning when I get on the scale I weigh 203lbs......I don't understand it......Maybe someone has some insight on this? Thanks.....

    your body stores alot of food in you from days before. your weight will fluxuate based on what u ate before the scale

    You are not trying to compete in a weight class so who cares about the number? What does the mirror look like!!!! I bet you is bigger and badder,no?

    I will post pictures....I am a lot harder.....more vascular......I have keep all of my size and you can see my 4 pack now.....so Yes I do look bigger and badder.....Thanks....

    There you go brah fvck the scale.. You worked hard to get to where you are just eat good to keep it all up and keep on training still...

    do nice amount of cardio .. check out that vascularity youre talkin bout
    It will burn allllllll of that fat if you eat right of course...

    Congrats on the results man .. post pics with before pics if possible

    I always tell people look in the mirror not at the scale. This is 10X for women..
