hey guys obviously im new here. i really enjoy going to the gym and i want improve myself naturaly before i hit the juice.
well im 19 years old 5'6 155 lbs, i started working out when i was 16 but that was off and on. i didnt actually start going hard untill around april this year. i put on around 7 lbs since april though but i still dont have a good diet plan.
i was hoping i could get some tips on a good diet or the best way to organize my week into a diet plan so i can get good natural gains and a good base before i start taking steriods.
any help would be great thanks.
