    cardio question

    I know that if you are doing cardio over 60 to 70% HR you risk the chance of burning muscle, but if you are over 17% BF like me does it matter, should I just burn anything i can and bring my BF% back down to 10 to 12% then worry about burning muscle. I am trying to bulk and I am droping BF% now but don't know the fastest way to do it. I have got down to 6% BF wich took me a year to do. Not really trying to get that low but trying to lean out with keeping a lot of mass.

    maybe I cannot understand what your goal is here? cutting, maint, or bulking?

    If you are 17% bf you shouldn't bulk.

    So you saying I should cut first then bulk back up ? I am trying to bulk really my goal is to gain more lean mass but want to drop BF%. So I geuss the answer is to just to do as much cardio as hard as i can ? I do 45 min cardio in the mourning now then left at night. When i do cardio I keep between 60 and 70% the whole time should I not do that tell I get my BF% down then start to bulk back up ?

    You should first drop bf with diet and cardio; then think about bulking.
