I know that if you are doing cardio over 60 to 70% HR you risk the chance of burning muscle, but if you are over 17% BF like me does it matter, should I just burn anything i can and bring my BF% back down to 10 to 12% then worry about burning muscle. I am trying to bulk and I am droping BF% now but don't know the fastest way to do it. I have got down to 6% BF wich took me a year to do. Not really trying to get that low but trying to lean out with keeping a lot of mass.
