    juiced too soon

    hi all

    i had only been liftin for a few months, got impatient and did a cycle of dbol 10mg for 4 weeks and sus250 for 6 weeks. i am currently of month 9 of lifting. how long should it be before i consider doing another course? will i still grow naturally or have i ****ed it up?
    any replies would be greatly appreciated thanks

    You should post this in the Q&A section. Also include stats; age, height, weight, diet, cycle and lifting experience and any pct you might of done.

    hey dudes thanks so much for tha replies. havnt posted on a forum yet so sorry if ive left out stuff. im 5'11, 193 lbs with about 9.5% body fat. lifting for only about 8 months but put on a lot since i started. im 20 years old and from south africa

    oh and i did clomid 50 and kessar 20 as pct for about a week after. i kept a lot of my gains only lost about 2.2 pounds or so

    as far as my diet goes. i eat protein and carbs every 2 hours (including shakes), such as tuna, chicken and pasta. my total protein intake amounts to around 215g a day and carbs around 350g

    Get your protein higher, 2g for every lb bw is a good rule of thumb for bulking... most importantly don't touch steroids again until you have a few more years of training under your belt.
