Mine seems to fluctuate plus or minus 5lbs so about ten pounds total I guess.
Sometimes I'll be at 185 and the the next week I'll be sitting at 177. I would say my most common weight is usually 183. I seem to drop mainly after the weekends when I drink.
I've been trying to just maintain my weight and focus on strength lately. My bf is pretty low and I can see all my abs. I'm gonna try to bulk up to 192-195 this winter and keep close to the same bf
