    Question NEWB Looking for beginning Diet Info

    Hey guys,

    Im very new here and I'm looking for a beginners diet, something that I'm starting up completely anew and looking for any and all pointers as to what I should and should not be doing. Also if this is one of those "dude just use the search button" I'll apologise in advance.
