if they are legit, it doesn't matter whether it's tabs or liquid.

Same stuff, except that tablets, especially from a reputable pharmaceutical company, are 5-6 times more expensive. They still sell among bodybuilding communities though, so I guess people find it easier to just pop a pill than having to measure liquid out each time.
